It seems like all or most people who've bought Wizzes from this batch can get up to 800mhz stable. I'm a bit concerned that the ones from the later batch might not clock as high, and we could be back where we were with the GP2X where the F100 mk 1 units could get up to 275-300Mhz and the ones...
:huh: Seems like an awfully high overclock to run an eighties arcade game and it is "almost" fullspeed as well :(
Is this because the pollux chipset is just too underpowered?
Just wondering, what is the latest on the long awaited update for the GP2X? Looks like I'll be keeping my GP2X and not buying a Wiz for the foreseeable future.
What do you mean by "older software", does it mean the great gp2x emu's like picodrive, temper, gpfce, alexkidd, mame and gngeo may have screen tearing issues when ported to the Wiz?
I don't have much knowledge of gaming resolutions yet, but what's so bad about playing 320*240 games on 240*320 resolutions anyway? How will it affect the game/display etc on the wiz?
