Just checked, 38 out of 171 in my library have linux binaries. About the quality i'm not sure, some work nicely (e.g. Divinity Original Sin), but i haven't played them all on Linux. Some are just packaged inside DosBox or Mono anyways, so it propably doesn't matter much. Maybe you are right.
I...
There is apparently a snap package for that, but i have not tried it.
But i'm concerned if such an installation will only download the windows version of the games and run them via wine, too.
Even though i didn't play it (and cannot advise to do so) I will throw in the game "Pathologic". It has a great story, which will be presented very differently depending which of the three characters you play. Also the gameplay is quite unique, as it tries to break with a lot of the mechanics...
Well, the A53s would give the advantage of being 64 bit. It may not be a speed advantage, but saves us from trouble with spreading drop of software support for 32 bit (see Dolphin or KVM in Kernel).
First batch should be 550, not 250. 250 is only the number needed to be shipped, before batch 2 can be ordered.
But the ranking may be incorrect due to pre-pre-oder conversions later than week 1. I assume they will be served first.
I saw a notebook at Saturn earlier this week, which featured a touchpad that doubled as a second screen (and not at 320x240, more like 720p or 1080p). Mouse pointer on that screen wasn't affected by direct touch, but also moved around due to touchpad input, like on the normal screen. Everything...
--- Edit: Nevermind, i overlooked that you meant just one specific german release ---
Really? I tried playing a while ago, which worked and i own only the german version as far as i know (Just checked gog and steam list).
Nostalgia: I can remember buying the english version at release and then...
I had the best runs with a warrior, saving all upgrade-scrolls (except the transferable "seal-upgrade") for the final (tier-5) weapons and armor. Finished the game twice that way, but it's still tough - had a whole lot more attempts where i died around lvl 20. Always running out of healing...
In case you haven't figured it out for yourself: Use the "clock" button in the lower right corner to skip rounds until the effect wears off.
Thanks @ptitSeb! This is the most played game on my phone. Love it!
I've read Nikolaus answer on the mailing list. Actually he doesn't say it was without success - he just states they tried it several times. No success might be implied, but i don't see it that clear.
Additionally he talks about populating only half the chips, which in his opinion won't work...
just saw in your video that you must be using an older version of Stardew - 1.3 has Co-Op Multiplayer enabled and works just fine (although only LAN) on my machine. And it really is a lot of fun!
I did create the softlink, but i didn't check it however. The link needs to go to libopenal.so.1, as there was no .so!
And indeed, the SDL library in monolibs had not been loaded, as the game was looking for libSDL2.so, not libSDL2-2.0.so.0
It's running fine now, thank you very much!
I will check, when i'm at home, but mono should be 5.14, as i included the mono repository (which provides arm64 binaries) from https://www.mono-project.com/download/stable/#download-lin.
I built SDL 2.0.8 and put it in ~/monolibs/ (and also in /usr/local/lib ... but no difference). But it my...
Thank you very much! It was a nice read and gave me some insights. I tried to reproduce your steps for StardewValley on the Jetson TX2 (Ubuntu 16.04), but unfortunately it doesn't work.
nils@tegra-ubuntu:~/Software/StardewValley$ LC_ALL=”C” LIBGL_ES=2 LIBGL_GL=21 LIBGL_DEFAULTWRAP=2 \

Be careful if you try Nvidia boards. I carelessly powered my old Jetson TK1 with the supply from TX2 and now its dead. TK1 expects 12V and can stand something up to 14-16V, but TX1 and 2 are supplied with 19V using the same barrel connector... didn't notice that fast enough.
