Working with multiple tabs, key shorcuts, copying-paste to other applications ... Having this in a pocket device is a joy. And performance of firefox in general is pretty good.
Sadly as other mentioned, if you need specifically to play media within the browser is still to early to consider...
It works!
Thanks a lot. That layout just as you wrote works perfectly for me. Really, I'm more happy than I can show here, this is something I almost had given up, and you found the solution.
I'm testing things and writing feedback in the relevant threads. I won't go one by one in this thread again.
That said don't read this as a rant to developers. Quite the opposite, thanks a lot for the work done. I still have have faith on all software becoming better with time.
This is totally misleading to anyone interested in Pyra. I don't want to ruin anyone's hopes. This is just an advice to people wanting a Pyra for emulation. Do not buy it yet as an emulation machine, and I remark the "yet".
Sorry but I don't understand what you try to add with that answer. I can see the character written by fn+m fn+n.
What is the purpose of the symbols file? When it does apply? What configuration have preference (pyrainput.cpp or that symbols file)? Again the Usr key is not present in that file...
So if I understand it correctly, the opcode is the physical key, and in pyra every input/input combination is translated to an opcode existing in a real keyboard and then mapped to a character/behavior.
But I don't know what are the opcodes and physical keys are in the pyrainput.cpp file.
For...
Assuming xev is correct and USR is keycode 127 I added this line.
I'm using bar as an example because I don't know how the symbol "·" .
But I get this error.
After that I deleted the line and changed the acute and grave lines this way.
It has no effect. After running xmodmap ./Xmodmap it...
Just tested and it has no effect. Right now I set .Xmodmap this way:
Mapping usr to "q" just as a test.
Yes the filename and code where typos. It is correct in the system.
With xev the USR key gives me keycode 127 and 128. I guess I was wrong with .Xmodmap.
And the output for acute and...
Ha ha, I need a context aware spell check.
Thanks a lot for your inputs. I have got some clues but I'm stuck.
First we have got the file. ~/.Xmodmap that shows the actual Pyra configuration. An there is the line "keycode 8" whith no default mapping which seems to indicate this is the Usr key...
I try to use Pyra for productivity, which means in my case, writing in Spanish and Catalan, and actual layout is not adapted to those languages but it requires just a few changes. Allow me to develop.
We may have diacritics in all the bowels: á é í ó ú and also à è ò
In our keyboards this is...
Maybe. Some option clearly state that won't work with software render but double resolution worked in pcsx in Pandora. That's why I hoped this to be also available.
Tested a few more games and I'm not finding any problem. So far only wipeout and wipeout 2049 didn't work.
I confirm when only the .bin file the game is not listed.
Also very strange behavior. I try to boot the first wipeout, the game gets stuck in the title screen but you can go back to the emulator menu. Now all the controls are unmapped and some things like L3 R3 or L1 cannot be mapped again. No...
Got it working. Just did a 5 minute test and noticed that it does not list .bin images.
Besides that detail, the emulator has a lot of nice features. If ptitSeb improves gl4es to the point it makes the hardware renderer possible, this emulator will be amazing.
