I updated to latest kernel so its 14.1.10 I guess. Kernel is 3.2.67.
Another one is the wlan LED : When having used the internal wlan and switching off wlan again and then I go to sleep mode all seems ok. Switching on again from sleep mode the LED goes on but wlan is off. This was in last...
I also have a problem with the clock. After fresh start the clock is 2h back (1h in winter time). Every time I set to actual time but on next start I have the same result. When shutting down I get the message " time is in the future". No problem with SZ (which I don't use very often)...
I put a peace of cardboard in the air gap (check the thickness) and so I can set the screen where I like. Working for longer than a year very well.

Had problems with the new wifi driver , is very slow for me (1GHz) .Switched back to old which is better but for large files I use a stick.

Moving my topic where it belongs. After the new SZ (1.72) now has a better WLAN performance, is there a way to get the driver into my older Slackware ( I guess 14.1.9 - uname says 3.2.65) because installing the new one and all the apps is too much work for me atm.
sounds interesting, especially the improvement of WLAN speed
@ingoreis : how about MeTV ? Is it working ?
@LinuxSwat : could we get the new WLAN driver for Slackware ? Would be nice - no more stick for surfing needed
Das sind Sticks mit normalem Format z.B. hier

I tested with SZ 1.60 (not latest because MeTV no longer working) and had no success. Got error when trying to install software following the description " make not found". Also DVB-T not working. Maybe someone can try with last SZ version.
Or switch to Slackware and be happy.
here are some news :
after updating my Slackware to 14.1.9 (I guess ; uname shows 3.2.64) the SDR first is not working.
After some research I found the new kernel supports the stick as DVB-T with a module so DVB-T is working. For SDR you have to unload the module first with modprobe -r. After...
