What are you playing this weekend/these days?

Latest game I played was a homebrew game I made for the Gameboy on my Analogue Pocket (https://www.analogue.co/pocket). On My PC I've been playing Artisan TD. I played Element TD2 a lot, and Artisan TD isn't at the same level. But it's a nice tower-defense game. If you dislike too much...

My physics teacher, who wrote our text book, use to develop materials for incandescent lights. He said that he created a material that would make lamps last for 100+years and he was fired, thus he became my teacher. I guess jobs are jobs, and companies are there to make money. Making a product...

Moderna has to pay a super duper large fine for doing something naughty. Title: "Moderna under fire after children offered cash to test Covid vaccine. Company targeted 12 to 18 year-olds through WhatsApp with payments of £1,500". Quote: "The pharmaceutical company was ordered to pay £14,000...

Maybe look-up a video, probably there's some tips/hints to be found. If it's pure luck you just have to try a couple of times.

    Release CASIO SW-10 Daemon

Pyra as MIDI-Synth, that's a niche feature. One of my first projects was working on a hardware synth with MIDI. Software Synths can sometimes be too slow for real-time use, like playing on a keyboard, but it's okay for listening to music. I think this is a demo of the sound of the Casio SW-10:

Being intelligent doesn't make you human. People value their memories and computers are better in recalling 'memories', so humans appear jealous of that skill. So much that we try to make computers reflect people skills or merge with them. We know a computer won't be a person but where's the...

I think it's also a reason why they censor up to a great extend these days. They already filtered out search results on popular search engines, but the censoring in news makes it that LLM's are biased to. So if you ask any LLM it probably will reflect the average reporting of news instead of...

My first comic book on Kickstarter- Jake Magnus Hyperman.

Nice, hope it does well. Do you know where I could find the countries eligible for shipping? As it mentions: "Ships to only certain countries".

    Hardware Retrode 2 Question

SNES rental games in 2024, nice :) I guess something might already have changed since the original post. For Sega's Mega Drive there are flashable cartridges with batteries, maybe something similar exists for the SNES. Else those Everdrives usually work.

    Investing the LTE issue

Didn't HNS also mention that the battery voltage was capped to a certain maximum voltage, else the modem wouldn't work? Are there any firmware updates available for this chip. I vaguely remember from similar projects (I'm not familiar with the chip in the Pyra btw) in the past in some rare...
