? UMD emulator works just fine ( as long as you have a UMD plugged in - the demo one shipped with it works just fine), i can exit any game flawlessly, and as for emulators, SNES9xTYL and SCUMVM run smooth, and without problems. Give them a shot, and you'll see your gp2x with different eyes :D...

Don't forget you are actually making a comparison between 250€ for system + case + battery + Power supply + small mem card Vs 150€ for just a bare system. The whole problem is how much the case + power supply + batteries + small mem card ( the latter one i tend to discard) are worth. Surely 60€...

Not really. Just bring your LCD close to your eyes. You'll be able to tell between pixels. Do that on a PSP : nothing. Do that on a desktop computer LCD : nothing. Tweak your settings. UPLL+2, whatever. Take the LCD screen close to your eyes, in a dark picture : omg, it's still flickering. Oh...

They DO exist. As well as the flickering. God, people have to tweak themselves the LCD to approach a value so that the LCD won't flicker/have waving lines/scanlines/etc. The gp2x LCD is still crap, and it takes a pretty blind guy not to notice it.

Upgrade went fine, but now my Dane-Elec 1Gb is definitly not recognized... my sandisk is. Way to go GPH !
