Do any of you play GTA 1 & 2 on fGB32? I find them really nice, especially the first one. I'm surprised how well they simplified the fun of their complex brothers for the limited GBC. Do you know of any other systems besides the GBC that play old versions of GTA and which are emulated on our beloved little machine?

Yes, I think they are very enjoyable too but I like the GBC version of Driver a little better. Anyway, there was somebody 'porting' GTA3 to the NES but I have no idea what happened to that

hEyy guYS, WEN IS gta 3 3d coming AUT FOR THE GEP32.??

Yes I like them. They remind me of the very first GTA which I enjoyed playing far more than the 3D versions, but then I guess I'm just happy stuck in my retro games rut lol :D

Yeah I remember that one it looked quite good as well. It was based on this if I remember correctly, but it never went anywhere. Shame.

Edit: *Damn far too slow* ;)

Thats pretty interesting though there is a remake of Theme Park for the spectrum out there :)

I like the idea of redeveloping new games on old platforms. Anyone fancy doing Pro Evolution Soccer for the Dragon 32....ah...Thought not.

Driver's a cool GBC game, although GTA seems more polished. Btw I got GTA, GTA: London, and GTA2 all for $12.99 CAD at Staples this weekend :)

Someone's doing a port of Pinball Dreams to the C64.

Read about it here:

The demo is pretty impressive!

Yeah I know the guy doing the PD c64 version, it really is impressive, and there are two tables almost completed now. This is the c64 game I'm looking forward to in 2006.

Not much chance that it will work in Frodo, however, due to the VIC tricks it uses ;)

Also, there is an awesome Worms style game semi-completed for C64 called Grubz, there's a small demo of it available. That should also be released next year.

I'm not sure how this thread got onto C64 games tho, so I'll be going now ;)

That's True although I like Drivers Car Physics ALOT better because the car drifts and slides where as in GTA it really doesn't feal like you're driving a car. BUt both aare all good and fun in their own rights
