    A case of polls!

I got: This invitation has already been used. So I guess the survey went through, even though I got a time-out.

    A case of polls!

I got the link (in the spam box). After I followed the link, I opted for black and Yes on the Sata Adapter. After that I clicked on submit and eventually I got a time-out. Is there any way to get the discount offered for backing the iControlPad 2?

    Back from Greece

Ah, going for green phosphorus on a black screen? Or maybe inspired by System Shock? My choice is boring, yet practical: Dark gray (anthracite preferred), matte finish. Maybe with burgundy accents (D-Pad, nub disks and trigger buttons). For the logo plate: milky white, so I can use the LED's...

    e-ink e-readers & other e-stuff. No i-stuff.

Wow! I thought that 64GB was the max. Very interesting... I hardly start up the official firmware (Nickel) any more since it's database model (rather than a sensible file tree) makes it much too slow when compared to KoReader, especially with a large library. On the positive side: Nickel energy...

    Stop the sirring noise!

Now this is a *real* solution! I'm looking forward to bask in the velvety silence when no useful sound is being played. It seems that he already ordered it. I would not touch the thing since it does not have an SD card slot like it's predecessor did. I have a *lot* of e-books and the Kobo Aura...

    The tale of the cases

My condolences to Mardt's family and friends. He will be sorely missed. My advice for the cases: get the mold and take the production elsewhere. You have a business, not a welfare fund. They've had their chance and they blew it. My main concern is whether the molds will be suitable for that...

I'm out of ideas for news-titles

The Pandora is king for non-complex games that require a resolution of 640x480 or 320x160, thanks to it's native resolution of 800x480. The screen is big enough to show the individual pixels and have clearly visible sprites, but not so big as to make them appear really blocky. It sadly just...

    Open... and close... and open...

Yes, my premium PSU that claims to be "quiet" also suffers from it and it's incredibly annoying. So much even that I consider swapping it out with another one even if that means having to re-route all the power cables that were quite a puzzle to set up (sigh...)

    That took a while...

The matte-black and the blue cases look great. Please try to get the dark red. I'm getting a bit concerned about the 4GB flaws.

Update regarding the cases (and some other things)

Thank you for the steady stream of updates, ED, really appreciated. And thank you fellow forum members for smart remarks about manufacturing processes I didn't know anything about. Really illuminating/

    Suggestion for Linux text editor.

In that case, you better go with edlin (if you can still find it, that is.)

If it causes him to have more insights on how to improve the Pyra, please let him have it :-)
