after reading the topic about 32mb cards i was wonder what the cheapest 128 mb cards were in the uk. cheapest i found is here £14.99 and think only £1.95 p+p. Anyone found any cheaper :D?

If you want to get one in the US go to pricewatch.com its 31 dollars with shipping there.

cheapest 128mb card ive found is a noname one from "mix computer" for 25,89
cheapest 64mb card is 14,04? from "mix computer"
cheapest 32mb card is 8,90? from "reichelt"

coool is there VAT to pay on the total price of that £14.99 one ???

Thats a nice price Will probably order one :D

Who cares if its unbranded, I have 2 unbranded type cards and they work perfectly for half the price :D

Amazingly, I got a Sandisk or Samsung 128mb for about $22+tax (about $27) at newegg.. over a year ago! Shouldn't be long before these things come down in price, but in the computer world, it's hard to speculate.

Well, the 32Mb cards are better VFM @ £1.99 each, especially if you buy in bulk. I guess they don't have the convenience of a single card, mind.

£34 for 2 x 128Mb = £34 for 256Mb

£23 for 10 x 32Mb = £23 for 320Mb

£17 for 128Mb + £13 for 5 x 32Mb = £30 for 288Mb

The second option might represent the best VFM, but the third option seems more appealing. I'd be able to have all the emulators and progs I use most on the 128Mb, then stuff I use less and anime episodes on the 32Mb cards.

Maybe...still undecided!
