this isn't really a suggestion but i wasn't sure were to post this

how many post do u have to have for each member level?

There are only two post based user levels and thats "Members" and "GP32 Hardcore"

GP32 Hardcore is given after 100 posts I believe, after that, you get to use "GP32 Hardcore" forever, unless they have some new rank up in the 2000's, since no body here has that many posts, it would be hard to guess.. (just click on members and sort decending by post count to see this)

This is a good system, most places that give multiple rankings based on user post counts have people spamming posts just to increase their count and get a new rank.

Having the rank GP32 Hardcore, just means, that, you have posted 100 times and they still havent banned you, so you must not be that bad. :)

But there are a lot of another rank.

Look at the forum and you'll see them.

But are they admin or another?

Why did you say that?!

Whereas you're a "Guru", what does it mean?!

And you JegHegy how can you be a "omg"?!

There are not alot of other ranks, you are mistaken "levels" and "ranks" with Custom Member Titles, which everyone can do, its a setting in your profile.

JegHegy's Custom Member Title is "omg", if you notice his rank/level/group is still GP32 Hardcore.

0-10 or 20 i think - Newbe
10 or 20 - 199 - Member
200 and up - GP32 Hardcore

To have custom user title you need to have about 200 or 250 posts.

GP Guru is a new group for demand of those who judged advanced users by their post count (what actually wasn't a good idea as using this method well known spammer Blipped4 would be Guru of Gurus with his 92x posts :))) After i disabled visual post count a lot of people moaned that it would be hard to recognise all those nice replaying with good Gp32 experience from spammers like Blipped4 (they all have similar posts number).
GP Guru rank is assigned by me on suggestion from X-Team members. Of course if you know a person with good attitude, nice replying and good gp32 experience and you think he/she deserves for GP Guru rank - PM me. Soon would be availiable GP32 Developer rank for all those nice people who make new emu's and games for us :)

gp guru should be for us older members who have been here almost as long as the forums and have allways helped the newer members and been polite ;)

Good idea, maybe all members with at least 1 year experience on this board should be ranked but have to consult it with X-team :)
hmm, that's not really a good idea. somehow i've got the feeling "old newbies" with gp32 guru badges would start popping up :p
