so i use a card reader/writer so i need another way to install gpcinema and GP32_PackExtractor_v11 dont work...

and i was wondering if it would help to install another newer fw from spiw like the multiFW2 from spiv

Gpcinema wont work because you downloaded it illegaly, WHAT the HELL do you mean?
How would you know ???.

Anyway, To install it you use pclink, In the file menu click install and point to the GPcinema file you downloaded.

There is a way to install it without pclink, But have never needed to do it that way, So have no idea. Someone else maybe able to help.

How do you know it is illegal?

Choice of firmware comes down to personal choice, at the moment I am using aquafish 3.0 and again everything is at you own risk.

1. It says that there is no verifying, which means that it doesn't make sure that the FW is flashed the right way... But everyone uses that, so it's safe enough.

2. You are trying to install multiFW2.zip!!!??? Or did you just say that because it's the file that you downloaded? It wouldn't be too good if you flahsed a .zip file :p

3. Just install any multiFW (spiv) you can get.... They are almost all the same (if you aren't developing) :)

what firmware have you got at the moment?
GP32 Package Extractor worked for me with gpcine.. it only runs with the official firmware (euro or otherwise) Maybe this is the cause?

I use multifirmware (the first one), Not sure what the differences are compared to v2. But it has pacrom (text based interface, Fast and configerable) and the original firmware built-in. GPcinema works great with the original firmware (obviously  ).

If mfwv2 has the original fw built-in, I`d say go with that.

As for where the files go (I upgrade to GPcinema from moviepark, So not sure if the same files exist).

GPCINE.GXC goes in folder GAME\GPCINE\
GPCINE.GXE goes in folder GAME\

Hope this helps

i think we were on to something with official firmware, i flashed it with spivs firmware fw.fxe. so it dont start the orginal way with gp32 logo and that sound thing

i have installed the files in the right folders.

He meant that programs like GPCinema only work with official firmware (like the original firmware or the euro firmware) so if you are using multifirmware and want to run GPCinema you have to start one of the official firmware versions (they are part of the multifirmware(s), hold select while turning on the GP32 to choose)

I am guessing you have downloaded gpcine off joygp, if so the file is encryated to your gp32 and your gp32 only. Pacrom can read *some* of these files but gpcine is not one of them.... :(

How would you know ???.

Well as a matter of fact,This is what happens when you install it and it isnt encrypted for your gp32,How would i know that?Because i phuxxed over my HDD (To you thats a Hard Disk Drive) Yah i wanted it back,I had legally bought it,I tried amnother version and it did the same.
