a couple of years ago I bought a Sony Clie PDA, it came with software called PictureGear Lite that converted video into a smaller screen format that fit better in the tiny 8-16mb that the units were designed with. Originally without sound but I think later they updated it to have it. I was wondering if anyone knew if they was a way to veiw the files converted with that app on the GP32?

Hmm the files seem to be output as .pdb is that helps any...

Actually id seems .pdb is like the standard Palm OS version of an .exe or .doc just a generic file typing that allows PDAs to understand the contents. Picture gear apparently converts it into something readable by the Palm app gMedia (which apparently stands for "Generic Media") dosent seem to be a converter for it. :( oh well.

Hi
Ive used a Palm for some years and PDB format is a propretary format only to be used with PalmOS
You cant convert back a PDB to AVI because its a different way of encoding.

If you wanna some good DivX for GP32 just use VirtualDub :)

see you
