Hi,

I was wondering if anybody knew about the (eventual) status of one of the (at least for me) most promising emu: The Neo Geo pocket from ThunderZ.
(I'm not pressing/complaining about its author -- just curious and interested to see if the project is still alive B) )

I think that the alpha 2 which was released for the A15D was made after his hard-drive failure, so he's still working on it I suppose ^^

Yeah alpha 2 was submitted after the hard disk crash, I think ThunderZ found a backup on a CD (PHEW).

I think the emu is great, and would like to see it more complete too, if only for Turfmasters, which has to be rated as one of the best golf sims (in any of its guises).

does he still need a hard drive? cuz i have a 6 gig i don't REALLY need... and i couldn't remember who needed one...

I would love a fully or as close to fully working NGPC emu as you could get for the GP32.

It has some top games, saldy i could only get 1 out of 10 to run on the current version.

Cardfighters Clash is amazing.

Yeah, card fighters clash is my favorite game on ngp. I also liked Snk vs. Capcom(pocket fighters), it runs fine at frameskip 2 :D . Can't wait till I can play it with sound on my gp32 B)

just buy one, they're not that expensive and the games are pretty cheap too, its also a nice piece of hardware. :p :p :p

Thx all

I'm actually a little busy because of my work and because i'm writing my lib for GP32 for use it in all my project (emu, 3d engine, and more :) ) so actually the emu is waiting the lib but he is alive ;)

Cool - lib for private use or planning to release it, out of interest? Good to hear the project's still alive (even if on hold atm as it were) :D
