I've posted up a bit of information about the project i'm currently working on - a remake of Paradroid 90 for the GP32.

I'm currently engrossed in level authoring tools, but there's a screenshot or two for the curious :)

Extremegamer : " I got more systems and games than you." ...
I doubt that, at least for the 'systems' part :)

Paradroid is one of my all time fave games

I can't wait :D

wow!

i love paradroid on the c64, but this (i dont know the atari st version, i had a black/white monitor) looks awsome!

OMG!

thank you so very much!

Thoughts of playing C64 paradroid was a primary reason for purchasing my GP32 instead of a plain mp3 player, i was a bit upset to find that Frodo has a annoying sound glitch with it.

Thanks again!

& again...

oh and one more time ( for (;;) {thanks} ).

Whoa, that looks great can't wait to try it out. I played the ST version on CaSTaway, but it can't hold a candle to the C64 version. Don't put too much detail into the backgrounds, I think that may have been where the ST version didn't quite work.

can you really play paradroid on castaway?? it wont work at my gp with castaway 13.2...and xenophobe wont run as well. damn, that are the only two games i want to play on the st.

the automation disk with paradroid on it works, but it's very jerky.... I'm using castaway 13.1 but I think the only difference is the sample sounds are improved

Many thanks for all the encouraging comments, guys..! Makes developing PDGP feel like a worthwhile cause :D

FWIW I've played Paradroid 90 on CaSTaway just fine, using the version-before-the-most-recent. Seem to remember it was fine with TOS 1.2... speed was pretty good too. If games don't run I tend to find its a TOS version issue..
