I was wondering if there was going to be a emu of Atari's ill fated Jaguar console, or if it would be possible to port this over to the GP32? Would be ace to play Aliens V Predator on the this little gem of a console.

You could always try...

... but I doubt it - there's certainly no-one I know of working on one, and it's *very* likely it wouldn't run any faster than 3fps if one did come out. But its always possible - could work as a technology demo, or as something that *might* work full-speed on the GP64 in 2007 ;)

It's pretty unlikely unfortunately, There is only one working Jaguar emulator for the PC called project tempest, and it took ages for that too be developed.

Considering it is has 16.8 million colors with a 64-bit programmable processor, we will never see it.

the current version of the emulator for the PC requires a 2000mhz cpu to run with sound, dont hold ya breath for a gp32 version

Actually it has four or five processors, so it's no wonder.
