<_< I am sick and tired of Virtual Dub. Almost ALL the videos I load don't save because of Audio Compression errors. I downloaded more Mp3 codecs but it doenst matter, I can't encode lots of my videos at 22,050 or 11,050. Other Hz don't work in GPCinema either. Is there any other alternatives to Virtual Dub? Also, I can't install Divx 4.1.2 and Divx 5.0.2 at the same time. If I don't have Divx 5.0.2 installed I can't even open up my videos in virtual Dub, I get a error. Any help with my problem guys? I doubt it, since every post I make no one ever helps

I have never had any probs with vdub, and having divx4 and divx5 at the same time works fine too.. Toss in Nimo codec pack and it should work just fine..

Hmm... i too have no probs with vd.
I think it's the best! If u HAVE to use another, because it doesn't work this would be really a pitty (do u really say this "pitty", i come from germany and don't know exactly)

I use Nimo codec pack too, and it works fine. It will install some sound drivers too, i think. but i'm not sure about this.
Did u try it?
it's available here: nimo codec pack

Just select a mirror.
I have bluild7 (this one works fine).
build8(don't know, not tested it, but should work fine too)
and 9beta are available too.
don't take the build9beta one. (on the site it says only for experts AND it's a beta :D)

With that attitude I wonder why people havn't gone out of their way to help you out?
Just stating that in all my other threads no one ever replies, probably because they don't know the anwser to the problem :dunno:

i can understand that u are getting angry if nobody helps u.
but i tried to help u. maybe my solution sucked. but at least i tried. :(

i'll give it a new try anyway.

in drop down menu AUDIO should be selected
SOURCE AUIO and
FULL PROCCESSING MODE

coversion settings (ctr+a)
44100Hz
No change (8-bit)
No change (stereo)

maybe that helps

Oh. too slow! sorry.

Besides the things i said nothing is selected.
neither "integral conversin" nor "high quality"

try selecting
44100 Hz
and 8 bit

because ur "no-change" settings vary

Nice to hear that!! :D

I know how shi** it is if something doesn't work.
Have fun with ur anime!
(i love anime too. I have some neon genesis episodes on my gp atm.)

EDIT:
btw: how can u add pictures? wanted to in an other topic but didnt know how.

Just hit the printscreen button on your keyboard, and then goto MS Paint, or Photoshop (which I have) and hit new, then hit control + v (paste) :D

Ah. U can just paste it. I tried it with the IMG button above. But then u have to enter an URL.

Um you have to hit pront screen then hit paste in ms paint or some other art program in order to get the screen shot. From there to post it in a topic you have to upload the .jpg or .gif you just made in paint to a web server then post the URL in the img tags.
