Hi.

I still havn´t bought a GP2X, but I just thought of a question for it.

one of the nice things about the GP2X seams to be the possability to connect it to the TV.

My question is: is it possible to connect 1 or 2 joysticks to it. so you can play more then one at the same time on it?
It would be nice if u could bring it to a friend and hook it up with the TV and play a game together.
My guess is that it is not possible, but I would be verry happy if it was.

Thank you for any reply.

As others said via EXT breakout box but there must be some kind of software support for this. Hopefully it will show at some point of time.

Other posibility it'd be to rewire GP2x's buttons and stick and connect it to the some external joystick. I done such thing once but it's hardly everyday solution. And just one joystick can be supported that way but it works with all software.

But you have a very good point - such capability (support for two external controllers) would be really great.

Might as well put in multiple joystick support as I dont think anyone would use the extra controllers without a tv out thingy.

The plan is for Stargazer to support 2P Play with the GP2X and a USB gamepad, or 2 USB gamepads. I hope some emulators exploit this ability also.

sounds greate!!!
I agree, I also hope some emulators will add this if it works well.
also, do you have a link to more info on stargazer?

Thank you all for your info and thougts.
