I got 2.0 firmware flashed, and I am looking at the folders on my SD from windows while connected to GP2x thru USB.

When I try to copy stuff to the SD, Windows says "Cannot Copy XXX The parameter is incorrect."

Has anyone else seen this problem?

The weird thing is, it lets me rename folders, and even create a new text file on it, which also lets me edit and save over.

It only gives me this problem when I attempt to copy files from my PC to the SD.

It also lets me copy stuff over just fine when I connect thru USB to the NAND

it could be ure sd cards filesystem is corruped it happend to me a few times and running scandisk fixed this.
try this :
goto explorer, right click on the gp2x drive and choose properties then goto properties and run the program thats checks for errors on the disk (don't know it's name ive got a dutch win xp, but it's the 1st program in the list), if it's started select the 1st checkbox the one for fixing faults in the file system. and let it do a check. see if ure problem is fixed afterwards.

That did the trick! Wow! Thanks very much! I am very happy now! In case other people have the same problem, I did the following in WinXP:

Right click on Removable Drive (Gp2x in USB mode)
Clicked on the Tools Tab
Under "Error Checking" I clicked on "Check Now"
Checked boxes on BOTH of the following:
1. Automatically fix file system errors
2. Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors
Clicked "Start"

It took a while, but it worked. Thanks again! And it did not work when I only checked ONLY the first box, by the way.
