I recently just noticed that the gp2x ext connector is the same one as the vx6000 phone connector. I was able to plug it in. Is there any potential uses for this?

Guess that means it's useless. Oh well.
Have a look at the WIKI Ext Page, might help.linoleum13 posted on Apr 8 2006 at 10:16 PM said:Are the pins of the GP2x available in a similar format?
Yes I do have an E810 cable, although I've discarded the circuitry that was in the USB connector (It was something like this (CP210 chip), wondered if it could be used with the 2x itself, rewired of courseLoubear posted on Apr 8 2006 at 11:15 PM said:BenScar, do you have a samsung e810 cable? Because I'm wondering if it needs any rerouting to work with the gp2x (which I'm pretty sure it will), and if so, do you have a table or picture of the pin format?
I'm not sure..... I just went by the WIKI picture. I have a feeling they're inverted, so 24=1, 23=2. Believe I read that on here somewhereLoubear posted on Apr 8 2006 at 11:46 PM said:I'm thinking that the e810 ext pin layout applies to the ext one as well? Well as in 1=1, 2=2, 3=3, and so forth.
