What Is Your Average Overclocking Speed?

I overclock at 249, anything higher seems to make the GP2X unstable (roms dont load...etc)

I use 2500 batteries. If I used 2900's would it let me overclock at greater speeds?

Unless your batteries are running low or not delivering enough voltage it won't impact overclocking speed. Running on a wall brick supplying more current and a stable 3.3v can't hurt though.

I can get to about 310 MHz, but things are unstable past 305. Most things run fine at 299-300. Quake crashes now and again, but emulators run with stability.

I just now got to 320 MHz. The overclocking utility won't allow any higher. The system is rather unstable there, though.

damn, where are you playing, in a freezer?

A 75F room with about 2/3 dead 2500mah Energizer NiMHs. Nothing very fancy.

Touché, mine conks out at about 280. <_<

Looks like you've got a keeper... :p

I haven't bothered with OC'ing yet - but it runs PERFECTLY stable at 266 in GNGeo2x, or whatnot, the Neogeo emulator.

Same. I'd also like to know how much effect the batteries have on overclocking...
