This happens when i start to play a divx avi video.
Its ment to be playing underworld 2 trailer from divx site but erm...

Its not resizing and only uses half of the screen.
lol
It use to play videos fine <_<
Running Firmware 1.4 with fresh 2500mAh batteries.
any ideas?

hmm, heres my idea

1.) Are the batterys fully charged?

2.) Did you convert it into DIVX format?

3.) And have you changed the extension name to .AVI?

4.) It could be the actuall video file!

hope this helped B)

Does both the green boot screen and the info screen say you have firmware 1.4.0. If the green screen doesn't, copy the kernal.img to your sd card and try updating again. If the info screen doesn't, copy the .gpu and the .tar.gz files to your sd card and run the .gpu from the utility menu.

How can I update the firmware on my GP2X to 1.4, it don't auto load from the SD card when I turn it on I can only apply the patch from the utilities menu.

Can someone give me a linkn to the alternative updater for 1.4 I can only find one for 1.2 in the Firmware downloads.

Hopefully someone will reply...
