i would like to know how it goes this emu.(or see some videos of it in action).i don't really care if it has sound or not(or if i have to turni it off to improve speed)i only want to know if games like snk vs capcom or metal slug 2nd mission are "playable" ;)

Easy on the coffee.
Give it about 2 hours. Someone will come along that knows, don't ask me why. The world is a strange place.
Neo Geo Pocket Emulator? I didn't know their is one

Yes there's one. None of the games are playable yet (at least, the ones I've tested). Bad GUI. Beta release. Etcetera.

what a pity... :(

i hope in the next version

btw,for "not playable" you mean they are slow/choppy etc or that they don't boot at all?
is a new version planned to be released soon?
its the only emu i've been waiting for ages!i owned a real neo geo pocket but it was pulverized by my little cousin,so i'm finding a way to "replace" it...

Code:
cd /mnt/sd/GP2x/Applications/Emulators/neopop/
./neopop "Metal Slug 1st Mission.zip"

put the rom in the same folder as neopop and execute it like this just change the path name apporpriatly that will load the rom

the only game ive tried that doenst crash after a few mins is sonic pocket adventure but that runs slow

Hang on, are we talking GP32 here? as that is the section this is in. If so, there is definitely a Neo Geo Pocket Colour emu, and it's pretty fast, and metal slug does work!

... with no sound and oc'ed to 166. No saves also. I am dying to see a more complete ngp emu; I'm praying rlyeh will get around to realeasing his fngpc emu one day... I hope f-day comes to fruition

edit: forgot to mention cardfighters clash is not playable on the emu and that you have to play with a pretty reduced screen-size; no stretching available
