Cheers Guys

,
Ok,
Here is a new public alpha test (6.2 I guess).
No readme, get that from alpha 6 and read down.
ScummVM GP32x Alpha 6.2
It is ONLY to show the scalar working (badly) and is really remotely not usable. Don’t even bother trying the non-scaled games on it.
It IS slow and there is a lot of work to be done to make it playable (maybe even upping the CPU speed).
Oh, and don’t touch the volume buttons, they are now wired up to some futzed code to play with the mixer and batt levels at the moment and I don’t feel like fixing it up (back still playing up)
There is no MPEG2 video decoding support (hardly surprising) so there is no point copying over video cut-scene packs for any of the scaled down games.
Ok, what would I like tested? Broken Sword 1 and 2 would be awesome (I can only find my BS2 CD so that is all I have tested) and Curse of Monkey Island. I think that is about it for the current supported SuperVGA games in ScummVM off the top of my head, any others, well test them

.
Whilst game bug reports, major points of slowdown etc. would be great, just general heads up if they even work would also be cool.
I personally find the scaled text is not really very usable so make sure you load up the talkie versions of games and don’t rely on the subtitles.
Other then that I know about the slight flickering and the slower the ideal pointer speed with the scaled games.
Assuming I get some good feedback I will incorporate this scalar code and other changes into alpha 7 and get that out the door as soon as possible.

Considering how much of a pain bullying the scalar and other bits of the hardware into shape has been the following people deserve huge amounts of good chi on the GP2X side
