Hi,

My MAME port for GP2X has been improved a lot during these days.

CPS-1 running ok
NeoGeo: Some games run ok
System16: Some games run ok

I would like somebody to test deeply the emulator, to know how many games are compatible, as well as to know the games running in gp32 port and not running with gp2x port.

Interested? e-mail to fjmar@hotmail.com

Regards.

Cool, will be great. Pac-man, MsPacman, MrDo!, DigDug, Galaga here we come :)

Wow, aren't Strider and Street Fighter II cps1 games?

Yes B)

But D&D for cps2 is possible?

Personally I doubt it.

I'm not saying CPS2 is out of the question for GP2X, but CPS2 has a (slightly) higher resolution than GP2X, and it quite a lot more powerful than CPS1. It would probably be more worthwhile creating a separate CPS2 or CPS1/2 emulator for D&D games.

AWESOME.

This will definitely be one of the killer apps for GP2X
It sure will be! :D

I was planning to wait a few months before getting one, but at this rate I'll have to get one in a few weeks!

CPS1 & System 16 would be more than good enough for me

is it possible to integrate a 68K asm core, like used in DrMD in this mame port, Neogeo and CPS1 would run much better i think

.......and System 16 means Golden Axe, or - I do not dare to ask- am I wrong?
i think so?

I know it means: Shinobi, Dynamite Dux and Super Hang On (as these are the games I remember trying when I had a System 16 emulator on the PC)

The two ultra-helpful links I posted show what runs on System 16 hardware.
