I have a 256 mb Wi-Fi SD Card. I know the wifi wont work yet, if ever. But will the flash memory part work? I have one for my treo.

if its reported like a normal sd card it will, wich it most likely is.
if it needs to be accesd over a special driver it will not, but that seems unlikely.

I believe that the gp2x will not be able to use SDIO devices. The power requirements and current drain will probably be too much for the current circuit design. I guess some people may try but it needs to be officially confirmed if it is at all possible.

sdio will work fine with the ahrdware, but there are no drivers for it yet.
It sure will, read this to be sure...

somewhere i heard that it will support SDIO.. so it would it be possible to put a wifi or bluetooth card in the sd slot and then use this card under linux?
======================================================================
When we talk about supporting SDIO,we support SDIO interface cards (ex SD LAN card,SD bluetooth,SD camera and so on,)
However Since we dont have program to be read now we only support SD card.but if many developers make it, it could be possible.
