Hi all, i'm having some problems with my gp32, well'it's not that critical...

I tried some apps like drmd and yetti, they both takes very looong time to save.
Yetti takes about 30 seconds to write highscores, drmd takes 45seconds to write the settings file.

Is that normal or it's my gp32/smc ?

thanks in advance.

Hmm, saving to smc needs some time, but (I think) my gp32 saves much faster than your gp32 (around 10 seconds maybe? But I`m not good at guessing how long it actually is... but definatly not 45 seconds!)

Theres a problem with smc support in Mr Mirko's SDK ( which DrMD uses ), this makes writing the smc very slow. Mr Mirkos thinks something is waiting about for a timer but has not had time to fix it.

I use save states all the time in DrMD, i know for a fact it is not 45 seconds, for me anyway, more like 15 seconds at most but i'm running at 166mhz if that has anything to do with it.

The 45 seconds was for the saving of the settings.

Is it related to some smc cards only or to some gp32 models (mine is the blu+) ?
Because other users goes faster than me.

Also with previous version of drmd it wasn't so slow.

Is it possible that so many files (160 roms) cause that slowdown ?
