Is This Behaviour Nothing To Worry About?

In some games, e.g. super plusha, ballon & ballon, the screen acts like there is a power shortage and lines appear, plus I can here a crackling noise. Is this normal for a gp32 running high clock speeds ( it has done it since I brought it)?

i have not played super plusher but B & B the screendoes the same to me (except I dont get a crackling noise), I am using a normal BLU so I guess its no problem as my BLU is 1 year old and everything else is ok. Does that too when my batteries are low.

I got that on my old gp32 so i sold it and bought a new one and it doesnt have any crackling. It may have to do with the speakers or something..
