What I meant was; I'll catch onto the methods quickly but the whole thing will take me longer than most people because I'm starting from almost the beggining. Anyway I've just taken a look at some ASM guides and I think I should be able to have a go but I'm not making any promises as I've just restarted a game I was making for the PC which is coming along nicely, so I think I might favour that instead.
If I can't grasp ASM then I'll produce something for the GP32 anyway (a platformer maybe)
I could really care less about a GBA emu ever being released, because I already own the only GBA game (that wasn't originally a SNES title) that's worth playing: Metroid Fusion.
I own quite a few other GBA games, and except Super Mario Advance and Zelda: A Link to the Past (both ports) I hardly ever play them. Metroid Fusion is not only the best metroid, it's the best original GBA game.
well when i first try metroid on the snes it was a dark n stormy night no serious it was and i had nothing better 2 do so i grab a jimbeam and played
altho it was ok i prob didnt get into it that much cause it was getting confused on where 2 go but it was a nice game even tho i never played it again and i tryed the nes metroid and i must say the damn sounds are annoying hehe stupid beeps n all
but i never played the gb metroids and i like the gba version over them all but yeah it still a good snes game just didnt get my head wraped around it so i left it
I dont like any of the metroid games. They all go nowhere with the story and gets boring too fast. The gc version does has pretty graphics, but still boring. Dont hate me for this because it is just what I believe, even if im wrong...
