Fgb32 Loading Problem

I installed fGB32 recently to play some gameboy roms. I thought i'd just test it with just one rom to begin with, Tetris. I chose this as i thought it'd probably be the most compatible game around. After the initial screen and the testing folder screen, i get the option to choose the zipped rom. But at this point nothing happens, no matter what i press it won't load up it just sits on that screen and i have to just switch off the GP32.

Another thing i noticed in fGEN32 was after I started it up for the first time it displayed the roms that i'd added no problem. However if i then added more roms and started it up again, it only displayed the roms i'd added the first time around, not the additional ones, why?

Edit: Since i posted, i've noticed that if i delete the .ini file created by both these emulators when i'm adding new roms it shows them up when i restart. So i managed to sort that. :)

Is there anyway of automating having to rename every zip file to the 8 character name and 3 character extension?

Gotcha, thanks. :D

Edit: I've discovered why i couldn't load the tetris rom. It turns out that the zip file is password protected, so i can't unzip it. I'd imagine that this must be affecting the emulators ability to execute the files inside the zip. All the other GB roms i have are not password protected and work fine. I thought i'd best post this Just incase anyone else comes across this prob.

Yeah, that's kinda assumed. I mean, if it could unzip ROMs that had password protection without providing the password, that would be an illegal feature far greater then the ROM itself!
