This was supposed to be the original Resident/Biohazard 2 but it only went to a beta stage and never got released, it got finished an 80% the game looked much better than the one they got out

It was a planned PS1/N64 game that eventually became Res Evil 0 on the GC, I think. There are some old screenshots of it floating around somewhere.
