Special Edition Black Gp32 On Ebay

I`m just really bored of having the same arguement for the same 2 days - All the Moderators have already told u ur a bad boy - get over it and stop dragging your bitching to every thread i post at - Dont be such a child

[Off Topic]
Sigh... NOT again...
My last words EVER on that thing:

1. If it was legal, eBay wouldn't have closed it down because they CHECK stuff you report!

2. I was not the first one who reported the auction - I got a PM from someone (won't tell you who) who did this long before me. I also don't think they closed it down because I reported it - I've never seen them react in one hour. They get a LOT of reports, so they usually need half a day or so. Looks like the other guy was faster then me.

3. Selling commercial ROMS on DVD, whether you check he posesses all the cartridges or not, is ILLEGAL. Giving them away for free is also illegal.

4. I have as much sympathy with timeslip as I have with you. I don't hate him, I don't hate you, I don't like nor know anyone better. I never even wrote a PM or anything more with timeslip.
I even appreciate your helping hand for newbies, you mostly always give good and usable answers - but you still were trying to sell illegal stuff and this is something I will always try to prevent (not only for you).

5. There's no need to contact the person from the Black GP. He never says he includes warez. He says he has "installed emul game". This could mean:
a) his English is bad and he only has the emus installed
B) he has some PDRoms installed with the emus
But he NEVER stated he'll included DVDs with THOUSANDS of roms, including the COMPLETE SNES collection... THAT'S a BIG difference.

[/OFF TOPIC]

Okay, having said that, back to topic:

I also thought of getting a black GP once... not because they're rare, but because it looks cooler.
But they don't have any light, and it's pretty easy to paint a normal GP the way you like for yourself.
I think I'm gonna do that :)

Many commerial games are not illegal.

Just look at sites such as Cherry Roms.

Within the law I still maintain and I am not a 'robbin bastard' and a seller of warez likes timeslip likes to point out again and again...

It was still a really crappy thing to do - especially without direct warning. I dont care if someone else pm'd you though, I still believe it was you who instigted this. I doubt anything would have happened if I was charging a lower price, which is what it all comes down to, some people are happy to see some people get a good price, and some people are obviously not.

Fighting a flame war on an Internet Forum is one thing, but when it comes to real life....

Thanks for saying I give reasonable answers to noobs, although I dont pretend to know anything myself or be of any use to the community I hate it when noobs come on and they are told "do a search PLZZ!111 FFS". It's just not on.

About the Black GP32:

Is it real?

+ He's in Korea, good chance he could have got a hold of one (or two if you look at his history)

+ It doesnt looked like a DIY job

- It could be a very good DIY joh.

I'd say get it if you want a black GP32, if it's a true rarity, then that's a bonus.

$40 shipping is too expensive.

To ship a boxed import saturn with 13 games costed $60!

And, this is a rather small package. This guy is making profit form shipping

What you dont see in the picture is the huge box that he's going to mail himslef in with the GP32 to tell you how to use it.

It's a collector's item, so maybe he's taking extra care to avoid product injury?

Kop_007 - This is your final warning. You brought up the issue here, not like timeslip brought it up in THIS thread. You want to complain about mods, do so in the Suggestion Board. You want to bash a person, we'll allow it, to a degree, in the General Talk Board.
