Can I buy a shop voucher in the exact amount for the Pyra final payment?

I may not have a bank account when the Pyra comes out because I'm going to be moving in with my mom to take care of her and my bank doesn't exist there.

So I basically want to buy a voucher for exactly €226.05.

Yes, thats works whitout any problem , you can use the Vouchers at Dragonbox for everything you want..

Ah no, but the amount won't be even. I want to buy a voucher for that exact amount.

Hopefully ED will weigh in on this soon...or maybe you should PM him. I hope that your Mom will be fine - you're doing a good thing, Silent-Hunter.

Oh, thank God. Good to hear. I lost my Mom many years ago and remember those depressing days. I was not in a good frame of mind back then. Cherish the times with her.

..and I'm sure that ED will be amiable to you, it must be overwhelming to see constant requests from people. He's amazing. Craigix just promised the moon to people on the forums and didn't read squat.

Thank you, I will. I'm really sorry to hear about your mom though.

And yeah, I'm not sure ED can accommodate that if it requires edits to the shop, but if not it's only a few extra €s.

In theory, it's possible, yes. However, we don't know the exact shipping costs if we don't know where you're moving, do we?
That said, we could also sort out the shipping costs or any remaining voucher amount later when you finished moving.

What if I told you now where I'll be? I know the exact address.

If you buy 230, your 4€ are not lost: they are money lend to ED. If you use it someday it was a free credit, if you don't it was a donation.

If it takes ED 20 min to make you a special voucher and ED costs 20€ an hour, he's losing money just by doing the voucher.

That is a good point. I will try to find out from him how much shipping to Greenbank, WA, USA will be, and then buy the closest value of vouchers.

I hope that Link opens up his ithic shop again in the States. He would really help out us Americans with shipping costs, purchases, etc. He's a good guy and he's been strangely absent from the boards for a while now. Must be that Craigix hangover. It can't be a good feeling, the morning, errrr year(s) after getting into business with that guy.

Umm... Greenbank, WA is more or less a touristy suburb of Seattle. Assuming you will have proper residency ID and funds to deposit, getting a local banking account there after you move shouldn't be overly onerous, and likely something you would want to do anyway.

Washington (State) is gorgeous by the way. If you're into the outdoors at all, you'll love living there.

Yeah I used to live there. But because of the PATRIOT act, I'll need two pieces of mail from a government agency or business. It will take time to get those.
[doublepost=1472606102,1472593062][/doublepost]So @EvilDragon , can I assume the shipping will be around €20?

I don't know the exact shipping costs yet. We need to check special costs for shipping with batteries, customs agents, etc.

I will get one for €230 and then pay whatever small difference later for shipping.

i've lived in Seattle/the Seattle area for 13 years and i had never heard of Greenbank...

Ahhh, there ya go. It's in the middle of Whidbey Island, north of Freeland and south of Coupeville & Keystone. Shipping costs? Bahhh what shipping costs? The Pyra will "ship" via Dragon or Raven...
