Classic Nes

I work at an EB games store, and sadly, many people are buying them. Mostly people are getting Mario and Zelda. I can somewhat understand the zelda, because thats an awesome game, but it would be cheaper to buy a used copy of Mario Bros DX with extra features then buy the $20 GBA one

They released half of those games a couple of years ago for e-reader for about £3-£4 each, how the hell they can justify selling them on carts for three times the price i'll never know. seems like nintendo are trying to rake in as much cash while the gameboy name is still popular. after seeing footage of the DS and PSP i dont fancy there chances much. shame really, i like nintendo.

Nintendo might still stay alive if they make it the Gameboy Ds and price it significantly lower than the PSP. They would also need some killer launch titles and a release sooner than the PSP.

you guys think everyone is stupid for buying these old games just cause "you can download them for free!" + etc.

thing is, most people don't know/care about emulators, much less GBA with a flash card or even more unusual, GP32 + etc.

so this is aimed at the mainstream, and of course specifically the nostalgia market (at least the ones that aren't all hypernerds like us, heh heh)

e-cards were avalible in most conveniance stores in us/japan. considering nintendo can put an old nes game on five pieces of cardboard for the price of nearly nothing i cant see why theyre being praised for wasting a gba cart, then charging us for the privelage of owning a 99% empty cart. mind you, after seeing shigeru miyamoto jump about at e3 with sword and shield in hand, nothing suprises me with nintendo anymore.
