If you check out the Super Mario War at it's webpage you'll see there is plans for a gp32 version, noticed this when I saw the news of an Xbox port on consolevision.

28.5.2004 - gp32 port, new stuff
i'm going to start working on the gp32 port soon.
and zio tok, the mariowar pixel artist, sent me a lot of new gfx, sounds, suggestions etc for the next smw version.

Sorry, had already been mentioned by author on page, I must have just missed it, thanks for pointing this out Vimacs

But... isn`t that a MULTIPLAYER game ??? How many people have a buddy with a second GP32 and two RF-links ? Not many i guess...
But its a long time since i visited that site... <_<

Cool, but it'd be really boring as it's hard to find people with GP32s, and even if I did, the game isn't all that appealing to me. Though, it's still good news for people who like it, unfortunately, I'm not one of them.

That game is hellish fun to play with three drunken friends :p I can see it being played by more than one person on one GP32: One uses the pad...stick, another one gets A and B (you basically only need two buttons, one for left, one for right, press both to jump) and if you are completely insane you even map L and R toone player and Start and Select for another one. You will basically have to have really, really small friends with small hands :p But in theory it could work, just like communism ;) I think it's a nice idea, but I fear the platform is the wrong one....

You only need three buttons to control it, left right and jump, one player could use A+B for left and right as well as R for jump, whilst the other one uses the joystick and L to jump. Should definately be fun :)
