I just sliced open my thumb the other day meaning I wont be able to use my GP32 for at least 2 weeks!!! Plus over the past week i have been really busy so only just got all of the new games onto my smc. :( Anybody else ever had a similar problem?

yes.

thank heavens I used the tomato slicer with my RIGHT hand :p

maybe you should too B)

Yep, but it was a new psx game and I accidentally sliced the tendons on the back of my wrist, so I played Chrono Trigger and Jetmoto with one hand for about a month. GP32, you can't control with one hand though, otherwise you can't see the screen :( I'd suggest making a splint that puts the support higher up on your hand so you can use your thumb without applying pressure to it.

Well, I imagine it depends what you're playing. I've played Lufia with 1 hand before, and ScummVM... Doom'd be a bit hard, though.

dude?
how did you slice ur thumb
just bandage it up really good and you can probably play it
no pain no gain
doctors don't no what there talking about anyway

It just bloody hurts so GP32 is out of the question. Perfect dark ln the N64 works fine in multiplayer though, just no sidestep. Oh well, just gonna have to wait. Plenty of DVD's to watch i guess.

sliced it on a picture frame we were using as a prop in a film were making for uni. Luckily we had finished all the shots for the day.

man that sucks
is it on your right or left hand

if its on ur left hand you could probably play pc games easy

Edit: POST NUMERO 600!

Consoel yourself with the fact that I managed to embed a scalpel up to the hilt into my leg - about half an hour before a LAN started. I went anyway :p
Thumb-related injuries don't stop anyone from playing! If I can use wire cutters to remove the top part of my thumb (not on purpose, mind you. I was cutting my nails.) and still play SNES, you can play GP32 with your sliced one. Stop being a baby :p Try to use the first joint, works well too.

shouldnt this be in off topic?? :D

oh wait, its slightly slightly GP32 related hhmmm :D

heh... i was ice skating and some bitch tripped me and i almost broke my right hand...it may have been cracked a bit...it took about a month+ to heal...

then the same f***ing thing happened to my left hand rollerblading...not as bad tho...
