Still Fresh
After strugeling to get usbnet to work from linux, it now works fine with one exception.
If I don't do anything with the gp2x for a while or reboot it, it just won't work again untill I reboot my comp. A view of dmesg output sugests that the kernel doesn't reregister the gp2x as a usb device after the first time (it does notice that it disconects though).
I tried different things to try to "reset" the usbdriver, i bring down the usb0 interface with ifconfig then up again, nothing changes, I tried to remove the cdc module but the command just hangs and does nothing. I tried compiling the module into the kernel: no differance.
Also I can't even mount the gp2x or my mp3 player as a usb storage device at this point, usb devices doesn't get registered at all.
The only thing that works is rebooting the computer, and thats a pain in the long run.
Does anybody else have this problem?
I'm running gentoo with kernel 2.6.16-r9, gentoo sources.
