When trying to start SquidgeSNES V0.33 I get an error message on top of the screen:
GP2X minimal library v0.B by rlyeh, © 2005.
Command line: 1 args

The screen remains black for the rest and the emulator doesn't start.

It used to work before... Any ideas?? The snes-roms are in the right place.

"Command line: 1 args" just means you have not passed any arguments to the emulator (you can load roms via the command line). '1' may be a bit misleading, but Linux automatically passes the full name of the executable, so that's counted as one.

If it doesn't go past that screen, ensure 'skin' directory is present and all the files inside are present and ok. The menu can't start up with missing or corrupt skin files.

Hallo Squidge,

Thanks for your QUICK reaction! You got me on the right track: 3 of the files in the skin directory had somehow gotten the size of 0 (zero) so indeed the menu didn't load... I installed your emulator again in another directory, started it on my GP2X and it worked right away!!

So thanks again for the fast solution & Lots of fun and succes with your project. Kind regards, Andre Brus, Holland.
