Im new to the GP32, so Im not sure whats already been developed for it...

I was thinking of developing a program that writes data coming from the USB to the
compact flash disk (in real-time).

Also, I would like to have it run microWindows (its a small linux based windows
interface for embedded systems). Is this something that hasnt already been done?

Thanks!
Eric

p.s. Can someone point me to any info on how to interface the arm to the
peripherals (usb, compact flash, screen)?

Windows "clones" already exists but you can't get enough of them. ;)
Example of windows like program for the GP32 is Windups, WINK (not released I think) and another one thats under development, WinGP.

The rest of your questions can't I answer. I hope I've helped a little! :)

EDIT: Ok, taras, but it looks like Windows! ;)

Wind-ups is the only one currently out. GuyFawkes is writing WinGP, which is another windows like program but looks like it will be a lot better and actually closer to being OS-like than Wind-ups is. WINK isn't a windows-like program, it is (well, will be) a graphics toolkit/library thing for programmers to make programs with windowed interfaces.
