Peace,

I have loaded a few mp3´s to my SMC,but they wont play or when they play I have the problem that If I want to change to another song the GP won´t react and I can´t get ouf of the MP3 Screen(It is frozen)??

Any Ideas what problem Immay have??

I was enjoying music from my GP yesterday, today loaded a snes emu to my SMC and afterwards erased It(to slow).

Maybe someone has an idea:)

Peace,

Jan

I'd suggest GPMadMP3 it works quite well and I haven't made it freeze yet. All the official ones crash for certain mp3's for me.

It is not because winamp or whatever other player can player you file, and that when you listen to it nothing sounds unusual that it is not corrupted. Some players can work around corruption, other not. If it is a downloaded file, you should try with a home-made one too, to see if that works.
Also, the player could be unstable. Bu I have never had a lame encoded mp3 that failed on the official player.
