Lets describe Pikix as a "Littlegptracker" for video footage.
It's a software to mix video on live events (concerts, festivals, clubs...)

Hit "read more" for the what's new.

[cut]What's new in v8:
  1. New codec: Kouky 2x v15 (better compression of videos).
Limitations of the codec are now less frustrating
  2. Support of the GP2X F200 model
As there's no stick click one the F200, this input is replaced by pressing the top left corner of the screen.
  3. Video scratch function for the F200 model
While mixing, thouch the lower part of the screen to scratch the video
  4. New video filter: Game Boy green colors
Enable it by using this combo: R + X + stick click
  5. Playlists editing feature
You can now edit your playlists within Pikix! No more need to manually edit the XML data.
  6. Masking feature
Pretty usefull when mixing on non regular shaped screens. The mask is a .bmp file located into the "mask folder". Enable the mask function by pressing A on the decks screen.

Pikix is still suffering from the crap TV-out you get from the menu of the GP2X, all suggestions to make the video-out better looking are highly welcomed!

Is allways good to see improuvements in this Vj software ;) keep the good work.
It would be great idea to use more the screen of the F200, if you go from right to left the video player reversed if you go left to righ it replay in the normal order. If you press in the right angle it lauch another sequence...
