Is there any way to overclock the iphone/ipod touch? I just got an 3rd generation ipod touch and I would like to see how much I can overclock it. I mainly want to do this because it looks like the cpu is similar to the Pandoras and it would probably be a good indicator of what I can expect with the Pandora.

The functional design of the CPU is the same as that of Pandora's, but the hardware implementation is different, not to mention several other factors due to a different peripheral set. I don't think this will be any indication of how Pandora will overclock.

How Palm Pre or Nokia N900 overclock, on the other hand, might be a slight indication.

The Pre doesn't seem to overclock too well. It's set at 500 Mhz usually. There were patches made to make it run at 600 Mhz but a lot of people seemed to have problems with them. I don't think it's possible to go beyond 600 Mhz for some technical reason.
