Ogm To Divx?!

I'm assuming you just want to be able to play it on the GP2X?
Just rename it to AVI. The support is there, it's just the extension that it doesn't look for.

DivX and Xvid are just video formats OGM is a container which bundles DivX/Xvid video with a sound file.
If you want to extract the video from the OGM container you can just use VirtualDub

pocket divx works for MKV wich is used for Multiple Audio Streams and built in Subtitles so it might work wuth OGM. Just if you need the subtitles youll need to find an app that will rip the Subtitles from it (i think they exist)

Yes, for Windows you can use VirtualDubMod and just go to the Stream menu, and then choose demux on the subtitle and a dialog box will show up asking you were to save the sub. (.srt)
