When I mean slow, I mean slow. For me, it ran at full speed without sound at frameskip 6 or 7 ( I don't remember which one). It was extremely choppy and no sound (disabled to make it run faster). The Zodiac hasn't been released yet, when it will be released people will start developing for it. So wait awhile after the release of the Zodiac and keep your eyes open for a snes emu. I'm very sure that somebody will release a SNES emu for the Zodiac.Gorillazero posted on Oct 26 2003 at 02:15 PM said:I have a slow cpu i use to play roms on (HD full of roms) MARIo RPG has 3/60 FPS and i find it playable? is the slowness ur talkin about worse then that?

Zodiac is like 300$. Do u know if it has a SNES emu?
But how many people can OC to 172? Not that many people can even OC to 166Shane posted on Oct 26 2003 at 03:48 PM said:I used the 172mhz snesxpg and it went fine on frameskip 3 and sound so ha! Very playable for like 4 hours, then its not playable till you have new batteries.
Good thing we got the best 2 coders for GP32 working on something New at least. Ryleh and Yoyofr are our last chances at greatness on the GP32. If they ever got Full speed GEN or SNES... well.. i dunno.. but it would be sweet!Azure posted on Oct 26 2003 at 09:07 PM said:I've tried MARIO RPG and it is way too slow to even be slightly playable without sound. I haven't tried TMNT but it wouldn't be very playable. Currently the only 2 public snes emus are discontinued but rlyeh is going to work on fSNES and yoyo's secret project might be a snes emu. If you are really interested into snes emulation, check out the Zodiac (ZodiacGamer).
