Is That Second Core Being Used In Emulation?

I've had my GP2x for a few days now, I'm still playing around with it but there is one thing I have noticed. When I am overclocking in any given emulator I seem to only be over clocked on of the CPUs. So I have to ask its that second CPU actually being used in emulation? Because if not and the GP2X is emulating this well on one CPU I can only Imagen what it could do when the second is tapped.

>_<

It's dificult to access, and the way the system is set up it's mostly useless. I suppose it's there to handle the first processor's overflow, or share processes.

I imagine its there..

GPH:
1) Because it was on the side of the chipset they wanted and cheap
2) It bolsters the spec sheet (ie: advertising)
3) It 'might' be useful to enterprising developers so bonus!

I thought the mmu hack used part of the other processor? or am I wrong?
