Ini Files

There are several things:
1st: do you have an emulators folder? Are you sure?
2nd: Take a look at the capital letters: Emulators is different than emulators
3rd: Don't insert "0" in icon and title. Just delete the everything on that line (sorry for bad english D:)
4th: have you saved it in a Unix accetable format? (If you copied another ini file is ok
5th: this is an addition: why name picodrive when it is gpsp?

That's the correct form if you have gpsp under Emulators (with capital letter!!!)
Code:
[info]
name="gPsp"
path="/Emulators/gpsp/gpsp.gpe"
group="GAMES"

You can download the Caanoo Emulator Pack. It has the necessary .ini files, icons and titles for several emulators plus fact sheets.

Caanoo has eventually problem with Emulator folder itself, because if i move gpsp folder out and i change path in ini, it works...
