What do you think about Web design on Pandora? There are great open textual and WYSIWYG HTML applications. I am using Notepad++, wich is the best code editor, for me. Also some great open source web design apps are KompoZer and Quanta Plus.
I have more patience to work on portable device, than on desktop PC So I guess this will be usefull.
EDIT: Yeah, i forgot BlueGriffon project, the NVU successor. NVU is also great, if you know KompoZer is built on NVU code, so i think that he is great, cuz NVU have great interface and is user-frendly. So what is your open source web development tool?
