GPH appears to be operating under their wing from their Korean HQ (they also have offices in the US and UK). Perhaps their mobile games are among the ones planned for GPX2 porting?

If you must know, I figured it out by squinting really hard at their banner:

"Upstream Networks is a global provider of pay-to-play skill gaming solutions across multiple platforms, focusing on development of incentive-based"

Did anyone know this?

Hmm... being that the Gamepark Holdings Logo on that partners page says BLU on it, this isn't new. So they must have been at least involved with this company even when manufacturing and marketing the BLU.

I really don't understand how Holdings could be responsible for the BLU but not have rights to the system, its software, or the name (seeing as they now have to rename their console because of legal problems)...

The GPH was the marketing arm of GP right? They could have simply made the suggestion (a rather logical one) to drop the FLU in favor of a machine built in-house that didn't require the extra FLU modification. Because of the separation there's probably no way they could have laid any claim to the BLU outside of the idea.

Rights of GP32 is belong to Gamepark now
But renaming is not due to legal problem.
People(who don't know details) can confuse GPX2 with XGP. so they change product name

hmm..in co.kr, they said renaming is due to confusing..
Maybe both patent and confusing are reasons. and patent is main
