GPFCE Savestates bug

Known problem, there is quite a lot of pressure at my day job lately (still working at 2am now), so still haven't got around to fixing it.

I was just playing around with GPFCE and I found something that made the save states work, at least for the few times I tried this. I played Super Mario Bros until the second level and did a savestate in slot 0. After I quit and restarted the emu, the save would not load as has been found. Then I decided to try running the emulator, switch to slot 9, do a savestate, load that save, then switch to slot 0 and load the save. When I did that I was suddenly on level 2 where I had saved it. I tried it a few times and it worked every time. It isn't the greatest solution but it will work for now.

Nice find. Yeah, it appears to me that if you simply perform a save state after you start a game, loading and saving states work normally for the rest of the session.

If you do a load state before save state and encounter the bug, it seems you can recover by resetting the game, performing a save state to a slot you don't care about, then loading the state you want.
