The capacitor is simple, it's a 220uF tantalum, in normal operation it's got 3.3V across it. Shouldn't be too hard to get a replacement.
I can't see the diode too well in the picture, in my GP32 it's a MELF package and I can't read any markings on it. If you can see anything marked on yours, post it here and we'll see what we can do.
That 10-pin chip is the main 3.3V step-up switch mode regulator, and the diode is connected between 0V and 3.3V. So I'd guess that it's a zener diode, maybe 3.6V or something?
