Long story short, the joystick is dying because it's crappy. I've had it for a year and a half, so it's had a long life. Did the rotating thing to save it and it did, but now the center button is pressed at the most random times. Whenever i try to go somewhere in the gui menu, it just selects whatever the hell it wants.
Is there a way to go into the deep root directories of the gp2x's nand memory, and somehow just... 'turn off' the recognition that the center button is being pressed? In other words, 're-sync' the button so that it performs the action of another button instead, like "Volume Down?" Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
